FTC Center supports local enterprises towards enhancing product quality and innovation.
The FTC Center supported the Phnom Pich Bunchea enterprise in testing a Homo mixer machine for producing green mussel oil to help achieve a uniform consistency and improve its texture. Following the test, the product showed a good, uniform consistency, and the enterprise will continue to monitor the quality during its storage period. For the next step, the enterprise plans to request further machine testing to enhance product quality continuously. On August 11, 2026, the FTC Center supported the "BB Nest" edible bird's nest beauty enterprise in testing a "Retort Sterilizer" machine to sterilize "bird's nest juice" products packaged in glass bottles. This test aims to help extend the shelf life of the product without the need for preservatives, while ensuring quality and safety for consumers. Following the completion of the test, the enterprise plans to further adjust production conditions and select suitable packaging for the product.
