Workshop on “Guidelines on Food Safety for Processed Meat and Frozen Meat for Food Processing Enterprises and Related Stakeholders”The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) is pleased to announce an upcoming training session on “Guidelines on Food Safety for Processed Meat and Frozen Meat for Food Processing Enterprises and Related Stakeholders” to be held on 11 March 2026 at NISTI, Phnom Penh.
The objectives of the training are to provide:
• Knowledge of quality and safety management throughout the production chain of processed and frozen meat.
• Knowledge on operational practices at beef processing facilities, including pre-cooling and meat freezing, delivered by technical experts from the private sector.
