Training Announcement: Food Packaging and Storage for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Relevant Stakeholders

The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) will organize a training program on “Food Packaging and Storage for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Relevant Stakeholders” on 22 June 2026 at the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation, Phnom Penh. 

Objectives of the training is aim to provide knowledge on: 

-Functions and importance of food packaging, including different types of packaging materials (Ex: glass, metal, plastic, paper,…)

-Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and Controlled Atmosphere Packaging (CAP).

-Factors influencing packaging selection, including food characteristics, storage conditions, and distribution systems.
