Training Announcement on: “Guidelines on Food Safety for Processed Meat and Frozen Meat for Food Processing Enterprises and Related Stakeholders”The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) is pleased to announce an upcoming training session on “Guidelines on Food Safety for Processed Meat and Frozen Meat for Food Processing Enterprises and Related Stakeholders” to be held on 2 July 2026 at NISTI, Phnom Penh.
The objectives of the training are to provide knowledge on:
• Quality and safety management throughout the production chain of processed and frozen meat.
• Operation: Case study on meat freezing using modern technology: N2 and blaster.
