Workshop Announcement: “Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for Food Processing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Relevant Stakeholders”The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) will organize a training program on “Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for Food Processing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Relevant Stakeholders ” on 23 July 2026 at the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation, Phnom Penh.
Objectives of the training are to provide knowledge on:
- Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Food hazards, food protection, and preventive measures for food safety and quality control.
