Phnom Penh, June 5, 2026 — The team from the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) held a Zoom discussion with «Natural Oil KH Handicraft» to understand its challenges and provide technical solutions for oil processing using the cold-press method.

Key solutions and recommendations included:

- Quality preservation: Sharing proper methods for storing raw materials.

- By-product processing: Recommending that oil-pressing by-product be processed into new products, such as cakes and salad dressing.
