Collaboration with Yatra EnterpriseThe Pilot Plant team of the Cambodia-Korea Food Processing TASK Center, in collaboration with Yatra Enterprise, supported a trial production of flour from dried corn. Utilizing an Impact Pin Mill and a Sieve Shaker, various types of corn flour, including corn flour, corn starch, and corn masa flour. These products can be utilized as ingredients in foods, sauces, and beverages, or as gluten-free substitutes for wheat flour in the production of gluten-free pasta and noodles.
