Collaborated and Supported with Mayany Enterprise in Testing Cashew Nut Processing

The Pilot Plant team of the Cambodia-Korea Food Processing TASK Center collaborated with and supported Mayany Enterprise in testing cashew nut processing using drying, grinding, and ingredient-mixing machines. The testing aimed to produce instant cashew powder for use in food and beverages, as well as cashew milk with a delicious aroma and taste. The product is lactose-free, low in calories, and a good alternative to animal milk.
