Cambodia-Korea Food Processing TASK Center (FTC) Continues to Create New Opportunities for Local Handicrafts/Enterprises in Product Development and ProcessingPhnom Penh, June 16–17, 2026 — The Pilot Plant team of the FTC Center collaborated with “Hsama Foods, a Khmer vegetarian spice production handicraft”, in producing a prototype product of “Vegetarian Vegetable Powder,” which is easy to use while preserving its nutritional value.
Through this collaboration, the FTC Center provided support by allowing the use of modern processing machines, including a drying machine and a grinding machine, in order to produce prototype products aligned with the handicraft's objectives.
FTC Center is committed to supporting and serving as a strong strategic partner in contributing to the enhancement of value-added Cambodian agricultural products toward global standards.
