Phnom Penh, July 2, 2026: The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) organized a training course on “Guidelines for the Safety of Processed and Frozen Meat for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and relevant Stakeholders,” presided over by Dr. Ung Porsry, Deputy Director General of the NISTI. The training aimed to provide knowledge on:
• Quality and safety management throughout the production chain of processed and frozen meat.
• Operation: case study on meat freezing using modern technology: N2 and blaster.
