Phnom Penh, June 30 - July 7, 2026 — The Cambodia-Korea Food Processing Technology Center (FTC) project team participated in the training course on “Operating and Managing Machines in Small-Scale Production (Pilot Plant),” which was directly facilitated by a team of technical experts from the Korean side.
The training course was designed with the following main objectives:
• Strengthen internal capacity: Understand the technology, how to use and manage machines in the production chain safely and efficiently.
• Continue knowledge transfer: Be prepared to share this knowledge and these techniques with local enterprises (MSMEs) to improve production standards.
The FTC project believes that the knowledge from this training course will be a driving force in increasing productivity, strengthening the quality of the food value chain, and promoting the sustainable growth of local enterprises.
