Collaboration between the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) to Support MSMEsPhnom Penh | 6–8 July 2026 - Three engineering students in Food Science and Technology and one technician student in Food Processing and Analysis from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) successfully defended their graduation theses on Predictive Modeling of Tomato Ketchup Shelf-Life Using Accelerated Shelf Life Testing (ASLT) under the INACON Project (2025–2026), which is supported by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
The research project was implemented through the collaboration between the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC). It focuses on developing and optimizing tomato ketchup processing—from raw materials to the finished product—with the objective of promoting locally processed products and strengthening the competitiveness of Cambodia’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
