Training on Food Safety and Quality Management SystemsPHNOM PENH, July 23, 2026 – The National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) organized a training course on “Food Safety and Quality Management Systems for Food Processing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Relevant Stakeholders ”, was presided over by H.E. Dr. Keo Socheat, Director General of NISTI, with H.E. Chan Sopha, Director General of the Institute of Standards of Cambodia (ISC), served as the honored guest speaker.
Objectives of the training aim to provide knowledge on:
. Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
. Food hazards, food protective, and preventive for food safety and quality control.
