Coordination Meeting of the Board of Advisers to COSTI (BAC)

Phnom Penh, 24 July 2026 — H.E. Keo Socheat, Director General of the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI) and Chairperson of the Board of Advisers to COSTI (BAC) of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led the Cambodian delegation to participate in the "Virtual BAC Coordination Meeting". The meeting was coordinated by Indonesia and the ASEAN Secretariat.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the BAC from all 11 ASEAN Member States, with the objective of coordinating and advancing cooperation in the field of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) in the ASEAN region. The discussion focused on the following two key areas:

1. STI Partnership Contribution Criteria

2. Alignment between the ASTIF Call, Annual Milestone Deliverables (AMD), and Priority Economic Deliverables (PED)
