FTC Center supports local enterprises towards enhancing product quality and innovation.

The FTC Center supported the Phnom Pich Bunchea enterprise in testing a Homo mixer machine for producing green mussel oil to help achieve a uniform consistency and improve its texture.

Following the test, the product showed a good, uniform consistency, and the enterprise will continue to monitor the quality during its storage period. For the next step, the enterprise plans to request further machine testing to enhance product quality continuously.

The FTC Center continues to support local enterprises and handicrafts by developing production technology, upgrading product quality, and promoting innovation.
