A Study Visit to Export-Oriented Companies in Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone

On March 4, 2026, the National Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation (NISTI), led by H.E. Hong Rada, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation and Project Director, conducted a study visit and held working discussions with the management of four exporting companies specializing in medical equipment and animal feed products located in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sihanoukville.

The purpose of the visit was to engage in discussions with company leaders to gain a deeper understanding of technological needs and innovation drivers that support product exports. The information gathered will contribute as key input to finalize the data collection for the project’s feasibility study.
